I used the cashback facility for purchasing my dog insurance and have been making the payments for this regularly, only to be told that my cashback is not £0 and not explanation as to why. If they gonna con you into apply for cashback then taking it away 5 months after you take out the policy why advertise it as cashback,,,,, DO NOT USE A COMPLETE CON

Following activation of your policy, for ALL transactions, a Missing CashBack claim MUST be submitted within 7 days following your transaction date, in order for you to receive your cashback. Your Missing CashBack claim will be kept on our system and will be submitted 6 MONTHS after your Policy Start date has passed. Sales will only be validated and paid after the submission of your Missing CashBack claim and if your policy is still valid. The Missing CashBack claim will need to include policy number, policy holder name and policy start date. Please note that the total length of time before your cashback will show in your account, and so become payable, will be upwards of 6 months. Please ensure that all enquiries with regards to your Churchill Pet Insurance cashback are directed to Top Cashback.
